Registering at 1xcinta is quick and easy — completed in under 3 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website or in the app, then fill in your basic details — your Malaysia phone number, a password of your choice, and a username. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS, and your account will be instantly active and ready to use. No documents are required to get started.

The minimum age to register and use the 1xcinta platform is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised in upholding our responsible gaming obligations. No. Each user is only permitted to have one account only at 1xcinta. Registering or using more than one account is a violation of the platform's terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" function on the login page — a reset code will be sent to your registered phone number or email within seconds.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that requires you to upload a valid ID document such as your MyKad or passport. This process is required to ensure the security of all financial transactions and to prevent fraud. Once KYC is verified, your withdrawal limit will be increased and withdrawals will be processed faster. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

The minimum deposit amount at 1xcinta is RM 10 only — among the lowest in the industry. This allows new members to try the platform without committing a large sum. No maximum daily deposit limit is set for accounts that have completed KYC verification. For unverified accounts, a daily limit may apply.

The majority of deposit methods at 1xcinta are processed instantly. FPX and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet are usually credited in under 1 minute. Manual bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain network confirmation, which typically completes within 10–30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, please contact support with proof of payment.

1xcinta does not charge any fees for deposits via FPX, local bank transfer, or e-wallet. For credit card deposits, your issuing bank may apply a foreign currency transaction fee that is beyond our control. For cryptocurrency deposits, network gas fees are charged by the blockchain network and not by 1xcinta.
Cash Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal in the account menu. Select your preferred withdrawal method — bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw along with your bank account or e-wallet details. Review the information and confirm your request. Our team will process the request within the stated timeframe.

Withdrawals at 1xcinta are processed within 1–3 Business Hours for local bank transfers and e-wallets. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on network congestion. VIP members enjoy faster priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for bank transfers and e-wallets. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for cryptocurrency. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier — standard accounts can withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while VIP Gold accounts and above enjoy higher limits. A withdrawal can be rejected for several common reasons:
  • KYC verification incomplete or documents insufficient
  • Bank account holder name does not match the 1xcinta account name
  • Bonus wagering requirement (rollover) has not been fully met

The wagering requirement or rollover is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM 1,000 (RM 100 × 10) before that bonus is eligible for withdrawal. Your rollover progress can be checked under "My Bonus" in your account at any time.

After successfully registering your account, make your first deposit and ensure you opt in to the welcome bonus during the deposit process. The bonus will be automatically credited to your bonus account within minutes of a successful deposit. Some promotions require you to enter a special promo code — check the Promotions page for the latest codes. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.

Mobile App

The 1xcinta app can be downloaded directly from the Download on our official website. The app is available for Android (APK file) and iOS. As the app contains adult gaming content, it may not be available through official app stores — downloading directly from our website is the recommended and safe method.
