01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

1xcinta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
